Placed order in time for Christmas. Few days later received an email to say the item was out of stock so order was cancelled.
Surely it is possible to know if the item is in stock before accepting the order.
Frustrating!
Email advising me the order was cancelled should also have told me when the item would be back in stock.
This was my first order with Daniel footwear and I now have only the impression that customer service and realibility is poor.
