Very disappointed. Ordered some wellies from the website, paid for them and then rec'd an email some time later saying they were not in stock creating a bit of a panic before Xmas as I needed to try and source them elsewhere and stocks were low everywhere if at all.
You need to have a more robust online system that is somehow linked to stock levels to save wasting peoples time. In this age of fantastic IT surely this is an easy system to implement and would help create a loyal online customer rather than one here that will bypass you for ever more now.
