I ordered a pair of Fly London Seti boots in tan (camel), however, they were quite different in colour when I opened the box and the lighter one had lots of marks on them and the leather was softer as if it had been used for trying on.
I would like to say that when I rang the customer services number the lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant. She was very apologetic and talked me through the returns process and has ordered me another pair to replace them.
Because of this I would shop here again.
