Customer service should never be underrated - that is why i am totally impressed with Daniel footwear. Whenever i have emailed a question i promptly receive a reply. The girls i have had emails with, are a credit to your company. You can have the most savvy, cutting edge products, however, if your staff don't ascribe to providing customer service excellence, never underestimate the percentage of consumers who will go somewhere else to buy.
When you have great staff dealing with people (face to face or email), KEEP THEM! My exhusband and I owned 2 clubs and owned half of another, for many years. Good staff in all facets of their work are PRICELESS and hard to find. But when we did, we showed our appreciation both verbally, reviewing their position within the clubs, along with a via payrise. Your staff have been fabulous. Cheers
