I was very impressed with the customer service from Daniel Footwear. I ordered a pair of UGG boots and was notified within 24 hours that they were no longer available, with an apology. I was encouraged to consider an alternative, which I did. These arrived within 36 hours and the original price was honoured even though the 2nd choice were more expensive. The boots arrived in excellent protected packaging, with tissue paper wrapping - all adding to the anticipation. The boots are lovely and to top it all the best value compared to other sites. I will definitely use Daniel Footwear again.
