I ordered some shoes 7 days ago, on a 48 hour delivery! 168 hours later they have still not arrived!
On querying where they are I was told by email that they had been sent to the wrong despatch depot but I should get them today if, and I quote, "they manage to send them to the right depot"!!
Not exactly the confident reply I would have liked!!
Quite poor really for a company with an online offer!
