I asked for a specific day for delivery, and this was exactly as requested. Sadly the shoes were too big( although I already had Ash shoes in the same size but different style. I was slightly taken aback when realised I had to pay the return postage - but that was my own fault. I should have read the delivery and returns policy! Very helpful male sales assistant helped me initially with my order.
