I have placed an order for the first time last month just to receive an email the next day saying the product wasn't in stock ... Of course the payment had been taken and it took another 3-4 days to come back on my acount... Maybe payment should only be taken when the order is dispatched such as a lot of your competitiors!
I am really not impressed as I was looking forward to receiving this product.
I will definitely think twice before ordering again and don't count on me to recommend your site.
