I was contacted the day after placing my order to be informed that the item I ordered wasn't available.afternexplaining tho the man on the fone that I was so disappointed as I had been searching for weeks for the style and size,and had stumbled across a si that said there was one left so jumped at the chance to buy them straight away.he said he could tell that I really wanted the boots so he said he would call me back after he had made a few enquiries.within 20minutes he rang me back to say he had located a pair in my size.i was over the moon.they arrived very quickly and I love them.this is customer service at its best and many other companies could benefit from somes lessons from Daniel Footwear,I would definitely recommend their boots and their site.many thanks to whoever the guy was that rang me.yoy made me one happy lady????????????
