Disappointed that it's not obvious that sale items are not free returns. Ordered a £100 pair of uggs which cost £10 to return. Would not have ordered had it been brought to my attention! Most companies offer free returns regardless so did not think I needed to trawl through the T's&cs. An alert would have been good, not hard to write into the website.
