I have ordered shoes twice from you and both times they are on the small side. I am a size 7 and never have this problem anywhere else. It is as if they are a size down. The scarves were OK for the reduced price but would not have paid the full price as the edging on both was not finished on them and I had to tidy them up.
Also I do not agree with your policy of no free returns on sale items as this kind of situation is the manufacturers fault not mine. I ordered in good faith, but will be reluctant to purchase shoes again from you.
