Hi I want to say the customer service was fabulous I want to say a very special thank you to Laura Lim who made it possible for me and my beautiful 6 month old girly to get new shoes. My gift vouchers had expired I explained to Laura why and she went above and beyond to sort out my vouchers and I bought boots for myself and the cutest UGG boots for my gorgeous girly!!! I had never shopped Daniel on line i always visited the shop. My experience shopping with you was amazing! I work in retail myself so I know how important it is.
