Absolutely lovely bag, very true to the photo. Delivery was very swift and the company texted me in the morning so I knew the hour slot for when the package would be arriving. The only niggles I can possibly point at is that the long strap is quite short if you wear it across the body and that the leather isn't patent as stated but polished, it's still beautiful but if you really want a patent leather bag specifically then unfortunately this one isn't for you.
