Absolutely no complaints however, but the tracking number for Hermes was useless on their site and their live chat couldn't help as Ithey said had made my purchase from a Retailer, so for some reason their Agent said they couldn't help and I should contact the place of purchase to find out about tracking my delivery??????? Loved the secure packaging and paperwork neatly in envelope, nice touch, instead of loose in package. Wanted 37 1/2 but on web only 37 on drop down menu but sales agent said I would receive 37 1/2, so placed order by phone to ensure no error.
