Shoes arrived in perfect condition - service was efficient and fast. Just a shame they didn't take any notice of the size I ordered - ordered 41 they sent 42!! Fit flop say to order a size larger than you are which I am assuming this is why they sent a size larger - but what they don't take into consideration is I already have had 3 pairs of these and I know what size I am and what size I ordered!! They are a little to big and long and I know they stretch. I will give them the benefit of doubt - I just hope I don't break an ankle as they are loose but very comfortable.
