I ordered a purse from Daniel footwear but unfortunately I received an incorrect parcel. I rang customer services who was very understanding. The assistant was prompt and efficient and within a couple of hours my parcel was located and it was arranged to be sent and the incorrect parcel collected. We understand that mistakes can happen but its how they are dealt with that matters.
