I ordered 2 pairs of jewelled flip flops & was delighted when they arrived, however they were too small. I take a UK 6.5 so ordered a 40 to be on the safe side. They were way too small and I needed a 41. Customer Services were very helpful & offered a free return & a small discount on the replacements.
