I received the wrong item. So could not give the gift to the intended person. Wrong shoe, wrong size, thanks to Molly who packed the item, I rang up customer services and they apologised and have me a 10% discount, not happy with the invonvenience and 10% doesn't really cover meissing out on giving a gift, or my time to get to a post office andake a return .... Don't know how long it will take for them to send out the correct item either.
