This was via telephone. Initial experience was very good. Unfortunately, the request I made wasn't executed properly and I (Daniel Shoes) 'lost' the shoes I requested even though I was assured (including via email) that they were reserved for me. I rang to buy them (the only reason I didn't buy it a couple of days prior was because I didn't want them to be delivered to my house whilst I was away for a couple of days) and that seemed ok and I paid for them. Unfortunately, a couple of days later I received an email saying that they had refunded my money as they didn't have the shoes. I rang (again) and a pleasant man said that they had been sent to some other customer. I was very disappointed and angry. There were no more of that colour of shoe (specifically wanted and purchased by me) available. They offered me one in a different colour (beige) at a decent reduction, which I accepted. However, I would much, much rather have had the ones I bought - I am still unsure whether to return the beige pair - they are not a patch on the ones I originally thought I had bought. The reduction was a good sweetner, but I would pay more for the ones I wanted (as I say, I still haven't worn the beige - not sure I want them). Everyone was very pleasant - but I would rather that the system had worked!
