Excellent service from Daniel footwear, parcel arrived on time, very good packaging. Unfortunately the shoes were too small so had to return for a size larger and even though the time limit was out of the nine day return policy, as these were a birthday gift, Daniel footwear exchanged the goods which arrived within one week of return. Excellent response time with regards to email exchange, almost instant. Would definitely use this company again, very pleased with the excellent service. Will also be calling at their outlet at Cheshire Oakes next time I am there. Thank you
