The shoes I ordered arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Loved the tissue paper round the shoe box. The shoes I ordered ( the beautiful Anita sandals by Ralph Lauren) were partly successful as they seemed to be made for someone with very fat feet. However, I loved the bronze ones so much I will take them to a local shoe repair shop to see if they can adjust the straps. Not the fault of Daniel Footwear.
