I was a little wary about placing an order as I wasn't familiar with Daniel footwear, I came across your company whilst looking for the cheapest price for a particular pair of sandals. The sandals arrived promptly and well packaged but unfortunately the were too big so I returned them (free of charge) and expected to have quite a wait for my refund. I was so pleased when the refund was processed very quickly and efficiently and the emails I received kept me informed and were also very polite.
