I ordered three pairs of shoes from the sale, two pairs were delivered the next day, which I thought was excellent service. However as the third pair did not arriver after a couple of days I contacted the help@Danielfootwear address, I received no response. I re-sent my message after a couple of days and still heard nothing, so I telephoned, I was told that the shoes that I had ordered were showing in stock at the time of order, however a stock take had been carried out and the shoes were no longer in stock. I should have been told this but was not, my money was refunded at this point, But I cannot help but question if I had not tried to find out what had happened I would not have been told that the shoes were out of stock and my money would not have been refunded.
