Really good service. I bought 2 pairs of Ash shoes and the wrong item was sent (high tops instead of shoes). My e-mail was answered promptly and I was sent a free returns label. Correct replacement was sent promptly upon return of incorrect item and I was kept updated throughout. Very impressed with customer service and only didn't score 5 stars due to dispatch error.
