Bought a Marc Jacobs iPad Air Case, nice case until when you start using it. The case has 2 levels of folding to stand, non of d levels will stay upright, it slides right back down. Had to use something to hold the side up so it stays upright. Contacted customer service and was told to send it back for inspection. A week after sending, heard nothing. I called them to find out what if they had received the item or not as I hadn't heard from them, they said they have but were very busy and someone would call me a week later. 2 weeks went buy still no call. I called again and was told they were on holiday in their inspection team. I said I needed my item and the lady said she would look into it and call me back. I got a call back that same day and was told the item hadn't been deemed faulty, that it was fine and wouldn't be able to offer an exchange. I found this very ridiculous as it was not fit for the intended purpose and how they didn't see that, I don't get. They also said there were some stains on it. Stains, maybe but not faulty, I don't agree. It still doesn't change the fact that the item is faulty.ver very poor judgement in their head office inspection team. Will never buy again from them as their return process is not straight forward
