The box arrived very tatty so I was beyond disappointed to hand them over (birthday gift for my niece). The way the shipment was packaged - It was very obvious the the box would get tatty as no protection, bubble wrap etcv..... when I bought a high end pair of shoes as a birthday gift I wanted to hand over a flush pristine project - not something that looked like a shop seconds!
