I live in Finland and found amazing shoes, brands we do not carry in Finland. I purchased a pair ,which I absolutely love. On top of that the customer service has been EXCELLENT. The shoes i purchased were sent by FedEx and i happened to be away for business when the first attempt to deliver my shoes was made. The customer service contacted me via email straight away , to inform me, that an attempt of the delivery had been made . Customer service kept me informed and responded to my emails thoroughly.
