Although I ordered boots online and had to return them, I was happy that I could take the parcel to my local branch Mill Hill and drop them off. I was informed that the refund would hit paypal in 3-5 working days. I was worried that the manager would not email my details and there would be admin problems which usually happens. However within 24 hours I received an email that paypal had received the refund which was quite a large amount. I was delighted I didn't have to chase this up. One point I would make is that I have trouble finding boots to fit tightly on my skinny legs. Past boots ordered online have fitted. However these over the knee boots were so baggy around the ankles shin and knees. Perhaps in the description it could mention if they are a very slim fit or not to reduce cost of postage and process of returning. Carole levy
