My order didn't arrive and when I contacted them they got in touch with the carrier who seemed to be at fault. They dealt with the carrier and sent me out a new order by another carrier which arrived within a couple of days and I am very happy with the boots. I appreciate how quickly and courteously they dealt with my complaint. Many thanks
