Ordering and delivery were good, but because I had bought Sale shoes, I had to pay for return. If that hadn't been the case, I would have reordered my shoes in a different size as I did like them but they were a little big, but didn't want to take the chance and have to pay for another return. Because other sites do offer free returns on sale items, it would possibly prevent me from buying from you in the sale, unless I was absolutely sure that I would want to keep them.
