Not had a great experience in all honesty.
Ordered online a beige DKNY bag for my Wife's xmas present.
Got sent the wrong one - Got sent the Khaki version of the bag.
I phoned up customer services and the chap on the phone was very helpful and sorted out getting the correct one sent to me. He was brilliant and very efficient and did some ringing around the stores to locate me the correct bag.
Sent back the incorrectly sent bag nearly 2 weeks ago and still not received a refund.
Chased it up with them and they have lots of returns to work through apparently.
