After taking my order on Black Friday weekend, I then received an email a few days later to advise what I wanted was out of stock - this was a Christmas present ordered on behalf of my auntie for my cousin and meant I lost out on Black Friday deals and the chance to buy else where!
For another order made, the delivery company lied and said it was to be signed for but they left in open view outside my house.
