I ordered a handbag for a Christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately there was only one bag left and it had suffered a couple of scratches in the warehouse. I received an email from Kristopher Collier from their customer service team explaining the situation and with photographs in case I would like to continue with the order. I spoke with Kristopher on the phone and we decided to cancel the order on this occasion. It is surprising to receive such excellent customer service, due to this we will remain loyal repeat customers.
