I wanted to order two pairs of boots in different colours but was unsure which size would fit me best as they were fully lined. The ordering processes was easy and the girl who dealt with my order was curteous and helpful. Delivery was quick. I ordered a size 4 in one colour and a 5 in the other to see which would fit better. The return of one pair was dealt with expediently and easily and I was able to return them to a shop close by. The person in the shop in Hyndland was also very curteous and extemely helpful . My refund was confirmed within a few hours. The re-ordering was also quick and easy. I could not ask for better service and would confidently recommend Daniel footwear to anyone.
