it is fantastic to be able to speak to somebody, who efficiently can amend your order without any problems, even on a Sunday!
I have ordered six pairs of the same boot for friends and family who loved my pair and had to adjust my order twice, from the sky sloes in Verbier I have spoken to Rachael twice who amended my order immediately!
The order arrives efficiently and correctly, I'm awaiting two more pairs today which will make my friends Christmas.
