This is the first time l have shopped with you and it certainly won't be the last....... l ordered ugg boots for my granddaughter they arrived extremely quickly and were well packed. Unfortunately l chose the wrong size so l phoned up and spoke to Rebecca who organised my return and exchange with a competent and friendly manner. The second pair arrived extremely quickly too and l got refunded for original pair unbelievable quick. Gorgeous boots. Many thanks Daniel Footwear. Highly recommended.
