The site was easy to use. There was an issue with the courier, who left the parcel in a neighbours garden. It wasn't fond for 2 days. Danial Footwear offered an immediate refund if I wasn't happy with the condition of the boots I bought.
Throughout the whole episode their customer service was excellent and very helpful.
