I was initially sent the wrong boots due to a warehouse error however after making contact with your customer service this was remedied a man called Kris made enquiries both in the warehouse and your shops to get me my original order which was delivered the next day with an added 10%discount for my troubles. kris sent me a prepaid returns form to return my original delivery. however I have yet to recieve notification of arrival and refund .? this is the second pair of knee high boots in the same style which are comforable,stylish and good quality, I have told all my family and friends about the very positive experience I have had with this company well done daniel shoe wear
