Shoes- top quality; absolute steal for price in sale
Only issue was I ordered a vivienne westwood purse as a birthday present- its a designer item- and expensive but didn't send it with the box/packaging!- which was annoying given the item/price and intended gift
contacted customer services- faultless care; apologised and rectified this immediately
