I have never taken any time to write a review but I had to on this occasion. Returned shoes TWICE (Gucinari), bought as new but shoes were poor quality and both pairs looked like they had been worn before and returned. Asked for refund. In future please ensure the quality of your shoes are up to standard before they are shipped, this whole experience has been a waste of my time and I am disappointed with the whole experience.
