Purchased a pair of Hudson Boots on line had them delivered to store took them home to try size. Too small phoned Daniel customer services asked could they send a larger size to the store so I could exchange them I was told no they don't have the facility to do that. I said it would save time and money ( my expense and time )again I was told NO I ask Kim could I speak to her manager so I could ask them she hung up I recalled and spoke to another person called Racheal who again was utterly rude and ignorant I am going to take them back to store and get a refund. Totally bad service from your customer service department Daniel
