I saw a jacket I liked at one of the Larizia stores in St. John's Wood. I should have bought the jacket then and there, but I didn't. Once home (in another country) I called the store and asked to purchase the jacket. Joy, one of the store staff, was kind enough to send me a picture of the jacket to make sure it was the one I had seen. Then, she held it for me until I could make payment for the jacket. Rachael in customer service was lovely to deal with. She completed the sale quickly and efficiently. I have purchased shoes at this store in the past and always found the staff polite and helpful. Very nice quality items!
