The boots were very good quality, but much too big although I ordered my usual size .It was therefore somewhat galling to have to pay £8 postage (on top of the £4 to receive them) to send them back. No more shoe purchases on line and I shall check the return terms very carefully in future. Have got too used to the excellent system at other on line retailers, I suppose.
