I would like to say that I was very happy with the product and the packaging but dissapointed with the courier. I received email saying when the goods should be delivered, on that day, I had no parcel so went onto the courier website where the status said out for delivery, so I thought it must be with me the next day, so I thought to myself ok not a big deal at all, but another comes and no parcel and no card through the door. The third day I went to check with my neighbours and they had my parcel confirming it came on the first day. So all this time, the parcel was delivered the right time but website wasn't updated correctly and mainly, courier didn't let me know that they have actually delivered it and where they left it, so total nightmare tracking my parcel down. Also I wanted to contact the seller directly by phone but couldn't find a number on the website and the email response time is too long if you have any issues. Regards Lucy
