Shoes I ordered were too small so ordered the next size up. These came from a shop (which I think you should notify customers of as one shoe was bigger from being tried on) in Hale and I ended up with odd shoes (not even in the same size). The store were ridiculously rude when I called them. Thankfully the customer service team were fantastic and sorted it all out for me. I complained at the time which resulted in a 25% reduction of the shoes so all in all, thanks to CS, I'm really happy with the end result and will be back. :-)
