Absolute bad experience, once let down with an order that was placed but could not be honoured, when I rang to query, the explanation "sorry the last pair left has scratches, so we can't send them to you", thought, that is fair enough. The second time they end up sending me the last pair which was not only scratched but the buckle on one shoe was hanging off and was clearly a very badly damaged shoe but they still dispatched the shoes to me.
I rang them informed them and followed it up with an email with a photo as below :-

Further to our telephone conversation, please find attached photos of faulty shoes.
Having looked at the damaged item, I am fairly certain this was packed with the faults already there before disaptach.
As agreed you will be sending a free returns postage label.
This is very disappointing indeed.
