Unfortunately I had to contact Daniel Footwear because I had not received my shoes even though the payment had been made a week earlier. It transpired that the order had not been actioned or dispatched, in fact I was told that there was no record on the dispatch system. The query was dealt with promptly and efficiently and I received my shoes two days later. Another disappointment followed when I had to return the shoes as they did not fit comfortably. I once again telephoned the company expecting that they might send me a prepaid returns label. I was informed by a pleasant member of staff that sale items were not eligible for free returns. Something I had not noticed on the web site when ordering. Shame really, it would in some way have compensated for the error they had made initially. I had to pay £8 to return them via Royal mail.
