Unfortunately with regret I haven't endured a very good first experience ordering goods via yourself. Firstly the goods got delivered promptly, that is the only good point! On receipt of the goods 2 odd shoes had been delivered. These were sent back special delivery at more expence to myself for your companies mistake. I have produced information confirming the return has been delivered to your warehouse. I am now being asked to send my only proof of return to yourselves which as you can imagine I am reluctant to do as you are also asking for the original copy, which would leave me with no proof of sending the item back. If anyone can help resolve this issue to reverse my bad experience would be much appreciated.
