It was the first time that I have purchased goods from Daniels Footwear online and I was very disappointed. Package arrived on time but with the wrong shoes enclosed although the invoice was correct.
Customer Service department were very helpful, but I had to call them every day to chase up order.
Finally correct goods were delivered which I am very happy with.
