I brought a pair of shoes, confirmed, money out of my card, Birthday present, done.
3 days later I get a message saying sorry we're out of stock (wait what? I have even the email confirmation purchase and money taken from me) and that they are no longer pursuing Timberland shoes in the future and nothing can be done. "Welcoming me" to buy alternative shoes from their company.
Thanks... no thanks. Never experienced this in my life.
